Iteris has certified field support engineers and production staff located in regional offices around the world. Our technical support team is available to aid in installation, maintenance and trouble-shooting,and can provide on-the-spot technical training, when necessary.
Experienced engineering team
Iteris’ engineering team is comprised of highly-experienced engineers with expertise in software and hardware development, electromechanical design and algorithm development.
Many of our engineers are seasoned automotive professionals that have supported car and truck OEM developments worldwide. In addition to our expertise in advanced driver assistance systems for Europe, Japan and North America, we have automotive development and production experience in areas such as instrument clusters, head-up displays, transmissions controllers, LCD displays, occupant sensing, parking aids, automotive radar, and night vision systems.
World-class production team
Iteris has designed systems alongside some of the world’s largest vehicle OEMs, with stringent production requirements including Nissan, International, Mercedes, Freightliner, Fuso, Scania, DAF and MAN Trucks. We have extensive experience in design, ranging from vehicle interfacing to adapting machine vision sensors for an automotive environment. This includes many types of vehicle networks including different forms of CAN, ISO- 9141 and SAE-J1708 and SAE J-1939. These interfaces allow for easier installation by reducing the number of required module connections. Our automotive electronic design expertise ensures that our products are capable of withstanding the harsh environment that commercial and passenger vehicle electronics are subjected to.
