Gregory A. Miner
Chairman of the Board
Gregory A. Miner has served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors since October 2004, and a director of Iteris since 1998.
Mr. Miner is also the Managing Partner of Merchant Capital Source, LLC, a company that provides working capital financing solutions to small businesses. Mr. Miner served as the Company's Chief Executive Officer from February 2002 to October 2004 and as the Company's Chief Financial Officer from January 1994 to October 2004, and has served in various capacities for the other subsidiaries of Iteris from time to time. Mr. Miner was formerly an Audit Manager with Deloitte and Touche and is a Certified Public Accountant
